  • 3+ years of experience in sales/business enablement, sales strategy & operations, or similar roles

What the job involves

  • Wayfair’s Business-to-Business (B2B) & Global Sales organization is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive our business and sales team strategy
  • This role is a part of Business Enablement / Revenue Operations and will directly support teams that drive large, complex customer projects
  • The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to accelerate sales/project team results through translating a deep understanding of workflow and KPIs into projects/actions that improve performance
  • We accomplish these goals through priorities such as weekly executive business reviews (WBRs), roadmap management, and short- to long-term projects that improve customer/seller/business outcomes
  • Deeply understand qualitative and quantitative trends in the business through sales team shadowing, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional engagement
  • Host a weekly executive business review for the team(s) that you support, including managing follow-ups and action items
  • Provide short-term operational support to improve team performance
  • Example: action plan to address SLA underperformance
  • Scope data requests for analytics teams to execute; interpret results and translate them into actionable steps or projects
  • Create short-term action plans to address underperformance and/or accelerate positive trends with clear steps, milestones and deliverables
  • Partner with cross-functional teams as needed to support project execution
  • Communicate updates and outcomes regularly to sales and partner teams
  • Scope and execute medium/long-term projects and initiatives
  • Example: process/workflow standardization and optimization
  • Assist in scoping and planning for initiatives that step from OKR/business priorities, including project plan development and cross-functional alignment
  • Drive project and/or workstream execution, including hitting milestones, preparing and delivering stakeholder updates, incorporating feedback, and coordinating launches
