• You’ve led, sold, and delivered large-scale SaaS projects (£250k+) within a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
• You're a collaborative leader and manager of managers, focused on empowering individuals and driving collective success
• You crunch the numbers and are experienced in budgeting, resource optimisation, margin and improiving efficiency and project profitability
• You're a delivery process wizard with extensive experience in project and delivery management and building scalable models for delivering high-quality outcomes
• You're able to travel and passionate about cross-cultural collaboration to maintain strong alignment across regions and client bases

• You will lead the team in standardizing our delivery processes, optimizing performance, and driving innovation to consistently exceed client expectations
• You will establish a consistent, scalable delivery framework that ensures smooth execution across all projects, with a focus on our core pricing product
• You will own the delivery team’s performance and development, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
• You will invest wholeheartedly in your team's growth, overseeing hiring, training, career development, and enabling a culture of empowerment, vulnerability and open and honest communication
• You will optimize team performance from resource allocation to delivery efficiency, margin management, creating sustainable profitability, all while reducing the time to value from 12 months to 6 months
• You will report into the VP Customer Success, Willem Torfs, and work in a team with Jasper van Dessel and all of our other very talented team lead members
