Who you are

  • A successful hire will have an in-depth knowledge of AI content generation, a passion for helping others, and strong communication skills that allow you to communicate complex information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales Marketing SaaS implementation and customization
  • Strong technical aptitude in the subject matter of AI prompting and architecting complex technical solutions including APIs
  • IPaaS / connected application experience
  • Great project management skills, including strong communication around project timelines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience working with customers in a training capacity
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing Solutions team
  • As a Solutions Architect at Jasper, you'll be at the forefront of helping our customers achieve their AI content creation goals
  • You’ll partner closely with our Customer Success team to scope, build, and train customers on platform case-specific configurations
  • This fully remote role reports to the VP of Customer Success & Solutions and is open to candidates located within the continental US
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify, plan, scope, and deliver customized technical implementations to high-value customers
  • Collaborate with customers to successfully manage and customize technical use cases of Jasper. This may include building custom templates, workflows, fine-tuned AI models, and API implementations
  • Create and deliver use-case-specific training to ensure customers are successful at using Jasper to meet their content needs
  • Provide ongoing support and answer customer questions including delivering training, technical support, troubleshooting, and helping ensure the customer is set up and effectively utilizing Jasper
  • Continuously improve service delivery processes and methodologies

Jasper allows enterprises to create written copy and content quickly for a range of purposes, from SEO rankings to ad conversions and social media posts across a growing list of languages.

While AI has been going mainstream across many industries, its use in creative content production, rather than content analysis, has largely been met with doubt. Jasper is attempting to up the standards with its writing assistant, which can generate original long or short form content based on a short brief.

With over 100,000 customers, Jasper is used by a number of high-profile companies such as Google, IBM, and Airbnb. While ChatGPT has been dominating the news space surrounding generative AI, it has significant limits resulting from overburdened servers and a long waitlist to use the product - whereas JasperAI provides faster results and is readily available. The company is well set to see further growth as it rides the rising popularity wave of generative AI.
