Role

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferably in tech/SaaS)
  • Experience managing a high volume of scheduling requests
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency within an ATS; Greenhouse preferred

Desirable

  • Experience using Jira or similar scheduling software
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with G-suite and Slack

  • Abnormal Security is looking for a motivated and proactive Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join the team
  • You will play an important role in the success of recruiting and candidate experience at Abnormal Security
  • This role requires attention to detail and the uncanny ability to juggle multiple high-priority requests while interfacing professionally with people inside and outside the company

  • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm interview requests with speed and efficiency
  • Communicate well and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, both internally and externally
  • Ensure all candidates have a world-class and positive experience from start to finish, by providing a smooth, engaging, and efficient process
  • Develop strong candidate and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting, etc) and maintain effective communication channels
  • Solve scheduling conflicts and help expedite the interview process when faced with roadblocks
