What the job involves

  • As a Junior Engineer for the ERP system "AIDA," you will work with an international team of application owners and key users to help define requirements and translate them into solution designs
  • Your responsibilities include coding, improving, and expanding the software to meet the needs of our European markets, help with solutions from design to maintenance, and collaborating across functions
  • In Tech Europe, we work as a team, valuing collaboration and transparency
  • You'll take on diverse responsibilities, sometimes working on different projects, with occasional travel across countries
  • The AIDA Team, consisting of four members, who work remotely however still operate as a team, serving nine out of thirteen Clear Channel Markets
  • The team is dedicated to evolving AIDA and responding quickly to user needs
  • Daily you will use your abilities to combine your technical skills, creativity, and customer focus to deliver great solutions to our customers
  • Participate in the analysis of client business process, and provide expert guidance, creative solutions, best approaches and practices, minimising customisations
  • Collaborate with the Application and Product team to identify and solve domain-specific problems
  • Design, code, test, deploy, observe, and maintain solutions
  • Gather and implement feedback for continuous improvement
  • Engage in team discussions, offering insights and feedback on existing solutions
