Who you are

  • We are currently seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the advertising, marketing, or creative technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the agency landscape and the challenges faced by creative teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • An enthusiastic self-starter, willing to learn, embrace new approaches, and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients in the US
  • As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
  • You will specialise in our Creative Automation (CA) solutions
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a tech-led environment and be part of the Inspired Thinking Group, one of the largest independent production agencies in the world
  • Win new business with a primary focus on enterprise accounts for our CA solutions
  • Manage the full deal cycle, from initial introduction to handover for implementation
  • Generate new opportunities through your industry networks and sector knowledge
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for each opportunity
  • Meet ARR targets of £800k+ per year
