  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

What the job involves

  • The CM&E team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and drive Hardlines priority programs from a marketing perspective, focusing on strategic planning, launching, and measuring multi-channel traffic plans
  • You will work closely with CM&E channel owners to unlock activations, as well as Program owners within the GLs, who will become your main stakeholders with whom you’ll align on customer pain points and business priorities, and deliver together a curated and seamless experience
  • Lead end-to-end strategic annual and 3Y marketing plan and delivery of multi-channel traffic plans for the owned program
  • Track, measure and report on channel results, contributing to business reviews regularly; Present strategy, learnings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Evaluate and optimize iteratively based on business priorities and customer behavior and needs
  • Define and own goals, including unlocking new business strategies, ensuring channel availability, and making data-driven recommendations
  • Be the voice of the customer for your program, by diving deep into consumer insights, competitive landscape and driving recommendations that help how we deliver to customers
  • Be the representative of the CM&E team in Program forums, highlighting needs, dependencies and risks
  • Develop mechanisms to communicate proactively and effectively with CM&E WS (traffic, onsite, etc), partner teams (central teams), Program-related GLs, and senior leadership
  • Enable implementation of the strategy directing activities' execution towards: automation/standardization/centralization or AVS/Intern support
  • Own resources request for the Program to support execution (Interns, AVS, etc)
  • Advice AVS/intern/apprentice efforts in campaign execution
  • Be the representative for Programs in CM&E and external forums
  • Support set up of tracking and reporting of the different Programs for main business reviews (OP1/1, QBRs)
  • Define and activate mechanism for knowledge sharing across Programs (Program bi-weekly sessions) and channels (bi-weekly reviews with WS leads or channel owners)

On top of this, the company's e-commerce division is facing profitability problems despite its 2023 post-IPO debt funding of 8 billion. It will need to find new ways to stay above their competitors.
