Who you are

  • Experience in professional client relationship management, with the ability to plan, strategize, and engage at a senior (VP/C) level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to influence clients and other stakeholders. Proven the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Able to take accountability and proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual revenue growth targets
  • Experience working for/with large or SMB customers, ideally in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record interfacing with customers to demonstrate the value of a service or software
  • Fluency in English and French

What the job involves

  • As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be a key member of our EMEA Account Management team, focused on driving new sales from our existing customer base and securing new bookings
  • Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with our existing clients and expanding our market presence
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Proactively seek and develop growth opportunities within your assigned territory to maximize revenue growth. Identify potential for geographical expansions, brand expansions, and product cross-sells through customer meetings, referrals, events, networks, emails, and calls
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Prospect existing accounts to add new contacts relevant to each of Uberall’s products. Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our latest product roadmap and platform offering, with a focus on upgrading their package and increasing their spend
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals by aligning customer needs with company objectives. Deliver compelling commercial proposals and manage negotiations to drive sales
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Quickly build rapport with customers, and learn about their industry and challenges to position Uberall’s offerings effectively
  • Communicate Uberall’s Latest Innovations & Product roadmap: Proactively reach out to customers to share updates on innovations and enhancements in our product roadmap. Present personalized package upgrade options with the latest features and improvements, ensuring customers see the added value in upgrading
  • Market Research and Industry Insights: Conduct thorough research on the customer's industry and current market trends to craft compelling pitches that align with their business objectives. Use these insights to demonstrate the value of upgrading and expanding their use of Uberall's platform
  • Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends and technology advancements, sharing relevant insights with customers to position Uberall as a thought leader and drive new sales opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Operations, Solutions, Finance, Legal, and Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for client needs in product development
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Update your opportunities and account activity daily in Salesforce, ensuring good Salesforce hygiene and accurate revenue forecasting
