Who you are

  • B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 7+ years of admin experience in Lead/Web Scraping developments and processes, owning and running the governance of marketing automation tools and strong experience with Salesforce
  • Proven experience with sales engagement and outreach tools, coupled with the understanding of how appropriate tool utilisation can heighten efficiency and amplify sales return on investment (ROI)
  • Proficiency in comprehending lead scoring, lead enrichment, and lead nurturing frameworks, along with the ability to optimise these processes
  • Track record of working with substantial datasets, and the capacity to transform these datasets into actionable insights for extensive team
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from Integrations and Processes
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

What the job involves

  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping us build, measure, optimise and scale our Global Lead Generation that is not primarily generated through marketing efforts
  • This encompasses taking ownership of the strategy, tools, enrichment processes, and the delivery of high-value leads intended for our teams across the globe
  • This involves tasks such as scraping, sourcing, enriching, scoring, and nurturing leads situated at the uppermost segment of our sales funnel
  • The core objective for this position is to enhance the support provided to our sales teams operating across Europe and Africa
  • This entails supplying them with meticulously refined and cultivated sales leads integrated seamlessly into their CRM systems, tailored to align with the specific sales strategies of their respective markets
  • The primary goal of this role is to enhance the conversion rate of leads, adopt a more data-centric approach to our targeting methodologies, and curtail the time invested by our outbound sales teams in the processes of prospecting and lead refinement
  • Infrastructure; own, maintain and improve our Lead Generation tech stack
  • This will include; Leading the build and managing a web scraping development at scale, Leading the administration and supervision of integrations, lead routing, field mapping, compliance, and optimisation efforts
  • Integrations include prospecting tools and current CRM Salesforce. Leading the automation of continuous enrichment based on integrated tools/outsourcing support
  • Lead Sourcing; working and managing Leads with agencies/software providers. This will include managing the relationship, data received and implementing a duplicate checking process across our End to End Sales Cycle
  • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable Leads to be assigned to our Sales Team
  • Data Management; work closely with System Team to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Salesforce for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting
  • Segmentation; manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
  • Coordination with Content and Marketing Teams: Collaborating closely with content and marketing teams to conduct A/B testing of content and outreach campaign engagement strategies. The goal is to optimise for client experience, return on investment (ROI), and operational efficiency
  • Designing and Enhancing Scaled Lead Flows; Constructing and refining scaled lead flows. This involves testing communication frequency, diverse content types, value proposition messaging, and lead sources
  • Lead Management; support sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, implementing lead scoring, and sales alerts
  • Performance Measurement; monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimisations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and content and iterate on a continuous basis
