Who you are

  • 5-8+ years of Implementation Management experience, leading and scaling implementation teams in a remote/hybrid environment
  • 1-2+ years of experience directly managing Enterprise implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing a team through a high volume of monthly implementations
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Comfortable working in the gray with experience documenting standard operating procedures
  • Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process
  • Organized self starter who pays close attention to details
  • A person that will succeed in this role is someone who is able to learn and adapt quickly, able to dig into the weeds to understand how to best position our product, and drive extreme attention to detail and data in order to meet and exceed operations and account management goals

What the job involves

  • Nimble is looking for a motivated, self-starting and experienced Enterprise Implementation Professional from the tech / healthcare space to lead and manage our post-sales Implementation Team
  • In this role, you will be managing the operations and implementation team, all focused on the implementation, integration, and onboarding of our pharmacy partners
  • Manage Nimble’s technical operations and enterprise implementation teams, both focused on frontend and backend onboarding for our newly signed partners
  • Coach to effective implementation techniques including: productive intakes, efficient onboarding, timely implementations, integrations set up, troubleshooting and understanding technology functions
  • Be able to manage and coach to client-facing strategies for fast and effective enterprise implementation
  • Be able to build processes for and coach to technical integrations, including streamlining builds for port forwarding setups, robotic process automation (RPA) application setups and API requests / SFTP setups
  • Use actionable data to drive process improvements from onboarding to implementation workflows and go live
  • Execute against a scalable strategy for driving high volume implementations
  • Develop, maintain, and consistently improve a system of best practices for the team that drives account implementation and retention, improved performance and account growth
  • Interact and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to help drive new product rollouts / new pharmacy-related initiatives
  • Create, track, and monitor KPIs to ensure effectiveness and performance of the team

NimbleRx is a logistics tech app trying to improve medication access for customers across the US. Through its partnerships with local pharmacies, NimbleRx users can arrange for prescriptions to be delivered via the app - much like one would order an Uber.

It aligns neatly with the growing consumer preference for on-demand home-delivery services across the board. The pandemic period of course gave NimbleRx a shot in the arm, too - but it’s really taken off thanks to its 2021 partnership with the very company on which it appears to have modelled itself: Uber.

Through this partnership, the NimbleRx footprint is slowly spreading across the US, fuelled largely by Uber’s strong desire to roll out more branches of its healthcare-related services. It helped NimbleRx turn over $1B in revenue in 2021 alone.

It’s also going to help NimbleRx secure partnerships with substantially larger pharmacy chains than those it currently services. This will be crucial in netting custom from the middle bracket just below behemoths like Walgreens Boots Alliance and CVS Health - who are developing prescription delivery services of their own. Without the backing and reach of an equally large organization to bolster it, it’s hard to see how a startup like NimbleRx could have competed.
