• We are looking for a Project Manager on a full-time 12-month contract in Canada (EST time-zone), reporting directly to our Senior Go-To-Market Manager
• In this role, you will be responsible for driving Certn’s project success through effective planning, execution, collaboration, risk mitigation, and analysis
• Your ability to coordinate and manage the customer impacts of our transformational system upgrade will be crucial
• Project Planning and Business Process Analysis:
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, objectives, and resource requirements and dependencies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate and support business process analysis where specific project deliverables require further definition
• Measure and report on project performance at regular cadences
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
• Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and progress to team members and stakeholders
• Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear communication channels
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
