Who you are

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of delivering results and building high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of product ownership
  • Experience in delivering projects with the HR team or HR applications
  • Ability to elicit, clarify, document, and implement customer requirements
  • Profound comprehension of the operational mechanisms of SaaS applications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • A plus - Experience in BambooHR, Navan, Slack, Zoom
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping individuals and teams reach their full potential
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively
  • Capability to make concrete progress in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge
  • Highly autonomous and pragmatic

What the job involves

  • In the capacity of a Product Owner, the onus of managing internal software solutions catering to internal clientele falls upon you
  • You will be instrumental in setting the long-term vision for the software's evolution
  • Moreover, you will collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders to transform their functional requirements into actionable and measurable objectives
  • Your role will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, from identifying areas for improvement to overseeing the production process and providing post-production support
  • Also, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, owning the product's vision, and ensuring product enhancements are fulfilled, and aligned with the company's and team's goals
  • Assume managing and overseeing various internal business applications, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience
  • Systematically organize and prioritize the workload associated with all applications under ownership and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals
  • Take the lead in proposing version upgrades, feature changes, and enhancements
  • Verify compliance of the application product with Sonar's security requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison between the stakeholders and the suppliers, translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate progress and risks
  • Work closely with Human Resource and Business Operations teams to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement of the products, incorporating feedback and trends
