What the job involves

  • We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and engaging the best possible talent
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this high-visibility role will lead full-cycle recruitment processes for our Go-To-Market and G&A teams at Grindr, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the firm
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with an emphasis on finding values-aligned top talent. This includes sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and interview preparation for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles and hiring strategies, structure interview processes and serve as a strategic thought partner
  • Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process and ensure Grindr is able to continue to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through creative channels and proactively manage and build a talent pipeline
  • Meticulous ownership of assigned requisitions in Greenhouse in order to allow for accurate candidate assessment and data collection
  • Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process here at Grindr. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and streamline scheduling efficiency
