- 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2+ years of experience of building in Crypto
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is a plus
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join Pulley’s Crypto team
- This role is ideal for an individual who has experience in token, and is passionate about building a world-class token distribution platform
- As the Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, from conception to launch
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pulley’s token management product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to build and launch new features
- Collaborate with other Pulley Product team members to build a consistent product experience across token and equity management products
- Interact directly with customers (CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and HR) to learn about their workflow and understand their pain points. Use the insights to drive a roadmap that articulates the product’s strategy, vision, and goals
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction and business goals
- Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
Our take
Due to startups raising funding in multiple stages, calculating the ownership breakdown as the business evolves can be difficult. Pulley hopes to make that process less opaque with cap-table management and scenario-modelling tools that provide founders with employee and investor equity information.
The platform enables startups to model dilution in future rounds, helps employees understand the value of their equity as the company grows, and makes maintaining equity plans faster and easier.
Based on the costs to manage cap tables and the potential opportunity lost due to companies staying private for longer periods, the market Pulley operates in is worth up to $10 billion. Competition comes from Carta and Morgan Stanley's Shareworks.
