• You have at 7+ years of experience building software at a professional level
• You have proven programming skills and understand the fundamentals of clean code and architecture
• You are highly proficient in Python (FastAPI) and/or React and Typescript
• You are highly proficient at writing tests and testable code
• You have an understanding of hexagonal architecture
• You have the ability to communicate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to understand and break down complex problems
• You are adaptable to change and willing to own any complex task given to you and see it through to production
• You have experience with modern software architecture (such as microservices + serverless) and knowledge of software processes such as CI/CD
• You know how to build high performance distributed systems
