What the job involves

  • As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team that drives sustainable provider growth from large provider groups and health systems
  • You will lead and coach junior-level individual contributors within a well-defined sales motion to improve the enterprise team’s achievement against provider growth and optimization targets
  • The successful candidate will consistently develop individual contributors with perceptible metrics impact within static processes
  • Consistently driving strong results in the portion of the sales process that your team is responsible for
  • Digging into metrics and Salesforce to uncover opportunities and trends; delivering those valuable insights to inform process improvements
  • Actively seeking ways to raise the performance bar at all times
  • Appropriately balancing quality and quantity indicators
  • Driving results through repeatable and scalable processes
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to ensure continuous development as salespeople
  • Instilling an innovative, autonomous approach in sales reps
  • Commanding effective domain expertise in the health sector, providing the ability to coach reps on how to sell to large medical groups
  • Constantly investing in your team culture through intentional focus on rallying your team around their impact, mission, and priorities, while also driving collaboration and a sense of belonging among a distributed team
  • Increasing win rates by innovating on existing processes and presentations, including developing new scripting, building new sales content, and partnering with support teams
  • Partnering with other provider teams to facilitate a strong customer journey

The platform allows millions of users each month to view open appointment times with doctors, book instantly online, read verified reviews, and keep up-to-date with checkups. The platform works for both in-person and virtual care – the latter of which has seen a substantial increase in demand. Zocdoc is one of the few companies tackling these problems in healthcare.

The company has solidified its position in the SaaS space, in part by forming partnerships with companies such as WellHive, a leader in digital care, to drive healthcare support for veterans. Going forward, Zocdoc will continue to invest in its platform to optimize its services for its users.

Oliver trained as a doctor in Germany before moving into consulting where he worked for McKinsey. During his seven-year tenure at McKinsey & Co., Oliver developed and implemented new patient utilization models for the national health services of a number of governments and major hospital chains

Nick has extensive experience in product development, database management and site architecture. He was responsible for building the earliest iterations of ZocDoc and directly overseeing its development for many of its first years
