Who you are

  • This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing for physical stores, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead a high-performing team
  • You have 3+ years of experience managing a team

What the job involves

  • As the Head of Paid Services at Uberall, you will lead and drive the strategy, creation and delivery of our Paid Services for clients, that pairs with our core technology business
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Paid Services align with overall company objectives and deliver measurable results
  • You will manage and lead a team of high-performing Paid Service Managers to design, package, and own paid service products
  • You will work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of Uberall solutions
  • You will productize our current and future paid service offerings
  • You will drive cross-functional delivery of paid service offerings
  • You will work with your team and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities for selling paid service offerings to clients
  • You will work with our supporting teams to design and productize supporting services
  • You will partner with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions teams to scope opportunities
  • You will oversee business planning and forecasting for paid service products
  • You will manage a pipeline of opportunities for Paid Service products in partnership with Sales teams
