  • Experience creating well-written, scalable learning content
  • Collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
  • 1-2+ years of digital ads experience ideally at a social media platform is preferred but not required

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will manage all aspects of onboarding new sales team members with the goal of shortening time to ramp
  • Additionally, you will oversee the comms process for sales to drive clarity and prioritization across our global teams by leveraging executive communications, change communications, and overall communications program management
  • In this role, you will report to Reddit’s Head of Sales Enablement
  • Together, we’ll build engaging programs and impactful experiences to empower our internal sales teams and external partners to maximize the collective power of communities with Reddit Ads
  • In this role, your time will be shared between building and managing the Sales Onboarding program and leading communication efforts within the Sales Organization
  • Manage all aspects of sales new hire experience from in-person sales orientation to seller onboarding all aimed at reducing sales ramp time for Client Account Managers, Client Partners, and Sales Managers (primary) and other XFN sales roles (secondary)
  • Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability (i.e., hands-on workshops, on-demand courses, live virtual sessions, simulations)
  • Manage and maintain on-demand courses to ensure they’re up-to-date and the design/experience of learning management portal
  • Define program metrics and effectively assess program impact/success
  • Own, lead and execute the internal comms strategies for our Sales Org. This includes ensuring we have the right operating system (e.g. Sales All Hands, Manager Meetings,newsletters, email/Slack processes, and Highspot comms pages) in place to help keep our teams informed and aligned
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on making sure communications to sales and strategic initiatives are landing as intended and prioritized according to all messages in market
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns
