Who you are
- Ready to make a significant impact at Circula

- Leadership Experience: You have a proven experience in building and/or leading teams
- Sales Expertise: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in outbound sales, ideally in the SaaS and B2B sectors
- Analytical Skills: You are proficient in customer communication and coaching, with a strong ability to create reporting-based, individual recommendations for action
- Results-Driven: Strong focus on numbers, goals, and results. Excellent decision-making skills, coupled with empathy and motivation
What the job involves
- Join us as an SDR Team Lead and play a crucial role in expanding our sales efforts
- Lead and Develop: Manage and develop a team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs, supporting them through coaching, training, and 1:1 sessions
- Innovate and Optimize: Identify and test new outbound strategies, analyze their success, and establish new best practices and guidelines
- Lead by Example: Be an active leader with your calls serving as examples for your team. Stay at the forefront of new sales strategies
- Collaborate and Cultivate: Act as a sparring partner for our CRO, fostering a positive sales culture within the team
