Role

Who you are

  • You will know how to how to motivate firm-wide audiences to engage with and listen to priority communications from key stakeholders across the firm
  • You will understand how internal communications can drive top and bottom-line business performance
  • Be able to prioritise and proactively manage demand to ensure focus is placed on the most important things for the business
  • Be comfortable operating a both strategic and tactical level
  • Have experience in owning, shaping and delivering a global internal communications strategy
  • Have change communications experience

What the job involves

  • This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief of Staff in London
  • We have an ambitious strategy to deliver, and to do this, communication between teams, within countries and globally is a major priority
  • A key part of your role will be to ensure that we stay aligned as a business and that we foster collaboration to make sure the whole is greater than the sum of our parts
  • You will lead on internal communications for the Group CEO Office, internal campaigns and communications designed to drive company engagement and behaviour change
  • You will be a key business partner to the HR team and support broader business change initiatives
  • Within your role, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of CFC’s culture, vision and strategy with regards to internal communications and engagement
  • Reporting to: Natasha Lee
  • Play a key role in supporting our leadership and culture development programme; including ownership for collateral and messaging internally
  • Review existing internal communications channels and effectiveness
  • Create and deliver an internal communications strategy and plan with measurable outcomes, being prepared to flex and respond to business needs as they emerge
  • Business partner with core functions to deliver internal communications to drive engagement with strategic business initiatives. Advising and guiding stakeholders in developing and delivering their communications programmes internally
  • Understand how to motivate global audiences to engage with and listen to priority communications from key stakeholders across the firm
