Who you are
- We’re seeking a driver of growth, someone with strong Sales Leadership skills, and a solid track record of winning work across government, and the wider public sector
- The individual suitable for this role will have a mindset for strategic success, an emotionally intelligent capability, and the ability to work with a huge variety of stakeholders – to drive the sales ambition of the business
- Solid experience in a Sales Leader position, where you have been responsible for both your own sales target, and that of the team of Sales Individuals reporting to you
- A demonstrable track record of winning work within UK Government, and the wider public sector
- Significant wins within Digital and User Centred Design
What the job involves
- We have a Sales Leader Role available in an extremely high growth division of NECSWS – NEC Digital Studio
- In this role you will report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer
- In this role you will be responsible for the Sales Target for NEC Digital Studio – this will be a combination of Sales Lead targets, alongside individual contributions so experience leading sales from the front is essential

The company has made numerous strategic partnerships and acquired Vantage Health which has enabled it to better serve communities.
The company is facing challenges as it was ordered by the Competitions and Markets Authority to sell parts of a recent acquisition of Capita Secure Solutions, a software provider for emergency services. This was because the deal meant that ICSS and Duties Software provided by Capita would cost more for publically funded services under NEC. Regardless, NEC Software Solutions’ proven history of success at a global scale and recent start-up investments and partnerships have it well set to remain a leading provider of public sector software and services.
