Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing the onboarding experience for our payment gateway customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years prior related product development experience with at least two years of management experience desirable
  • Extensive experience in new product development
  • Experience in customer onboarding processes and experience
  • Must have strong business/market/financial analysis, product development skills
  • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard
  • Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team
  • Insights and industry intelligence
  • Ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge and understanding of UX/Design thinking principles

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our customer Onboarding journey
  • This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a smooth, efficient, and satisfactory start with our payment services
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer onboarding strategy that aligns with Mastercard’s Payment Gateway goals and objectives
  • Identify key success metrics and continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process
  • Work closely with engineering, architects and technical product owners to define requirements and tools that enhance our customer experience
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding process
  • Collect and analyze feedback, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, FAQs and training material
  • Use data analytics to track the success of onboarding process, identifying trends and areas for improvement
