Who you are

  • You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written in French and English. Spanish is a plus!
  • You have at least some previous experience in a customer-facing role, handling direct communications via chat, phone, and email
  • You have strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to each client to provide a personalised experience
  • Empathy is one of your strongest skills, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and actively handle their requests
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills, you are a natural problem solver and are not afraid to think outside the box for solutions

What the job involves

  • Be part of an amazing team of people, working closely with your team leader, and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners
  • Have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction, product adoption, and customer lifetime value
  • Ensure clients know how to use Amenitiz and help them become product experts themselves
  • Build robust relationships with our customers to limit the churn rate
  • Ensure you handle and follow up troubleshooting issues in the most adapted and efficient way
  • Provide our customers with any extra advice requested, always looking to go the extra mile!

Our take

Amenitiz provides hoteliers, B&B owners, and rental property managers with a single platform for back of house operations. The company was co-founded in part by a pair of serial entrepreneurs and former hotel managers who were well aware of the industry pain points.

Streamlining all back of house operations into one platform is a shrewd move, as hotel managers often have to micro-manage multiple booking channels. Amenitiz’s offering also integrates with a hotel or B&B’s Property Management System (PMS), which is certainly a well-considered feature.

There’s little doubt that Amenitiz’s package solves plenty of problems and, with strong funding at its back, growth should be on the horizon. The company is using its 2022 funding to expand into more European markets, launch more products, and grow its team.
