  • Are you passionate about recruiting top talent for commercial and finance roles?
  • Experience: Proven experience in a talent acquisition/recruiting role, managing end-to-end recruitment for commercial vacancies in EU and the US
  • Commercial & Finance Insight: Understanding the importance of the Commercial and Finance functions within a global business
  • ATS Proficiency: Ability to maintain and manage an accurate ATS
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive recruitment strategies
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player who can collaborate effectively to address challenges and develop solutions
  • Proactive Sourcing: Willingness to source candidates proactively to find the right expertise

What the job involves

  • Join our global business at Cint as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will support our Commercial and Finance teams. Our Talent Acquisition (TA) function is critical to our success, as it enables us to attract and hire the right talent that drives our business forward
  • In this role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with business leaders to attract and hire the best candidates for our commercial and finance functions
  • You will be part of an established global TA team comprising both technical and non-technical recruiters. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, where we support one another, share information, and celebrate successes. We continuously evaluate and improve our processes to ensure we remain at the forefront of talent acquisition
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process for roles within our Commercial and Finance functions
  • Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and Finance Partners to share industry trends, compensation insights, and competitor updates
  • Educate Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices
  • End-to-End Process Management: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including writing job advertisements, posting ads, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and extending job offers
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Smart Recruiters
  • Support DEI: Promote and support Cint’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in projects with the TA team to implement process changes that enhance our ability to identify and attract talent
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze your performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for development, and share these insights with the team
