Who you are

  • This position demands exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
  • 1+ years of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Assistant coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment; ideally a venture-backed software or tech startup
  • Detail-orientation and patience are critical working with so many different people and timezones
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong coordination and planning abilities
  • Capable of prioritizing work assignments, working independently or within a team, and managing time efficiently
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Business to ensure monday.com has the best candidate experience and quality support to our Talent Acquisition Team
  • As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at monday.com, you will be at the heart of our hiring processes playing a key role in attracting and hiring top talent.
  • This role will focus on the Business (Customer Success, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, People, Legal, etc) positions.
  • Your responsibilities will include overseeing and streamlining all aspects of talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless and effective process from start to finish
  • By joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success, helping us build a world-class workforce
  • Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews across multiple time zones ensuring all invitees have everything they need for the interview; Zoom links for virtual, candidate phone numbers for phone interviews, office address for on-site interviews, assignment instructions for presentations, etc
  • Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment administration
  • Coordinate all references and background checks are completed in advance of candidate commencement in order to align to global compliance measures
  • Build & maintain strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in order to drive an efficient & effective process
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experience
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Process offer letters and new hire paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Master our applicant tracking system (Comeet), scheduling tools and organizational products including monday.com, Slack, Google Suite
  • Collaborate team projects, at both the local and global levels
