Who you are

  • Essential fluency in French & English: Clear communication in French & English is mandatory for this role
  • Proficiency in Spanish (a plus): The ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish would be advantageous and beneficial to the position
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with Enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of successful engagement and support with clients in an enterprise setting
  • Proven performance in a Solutions Engineer role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives
  • Understanding of complex web and mobile applications utilised for documentation management, project management, or similar
  • Understanding and/or strong interest in developing a working knowledge of enterprise technology environments including storage, database, data warehousing, data integration, data analytics, and security

What the job involves

  • We’re seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing EMEA Enterprise team
  • You’ll partner with our Account Executive teams helping to collaborate on how to create innovative, value-driven solutions on the Procore Platform
  • As a member of our Solutions Engineering team, you’ll partner with Account Executives
  • As a trusted advisor, your expertise will support our Account Executives throughout the entire sales process
  • This includes answering RFPs, creating Solution Designs, emphasising value, and positioning Procore as the leading construction software solution to prospects
  • This role will report to our Director of Solutions Consulting, EMEA and will be based in our Dublin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately
  • Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product evaluation and close
  • Work with the Sales team to close new business by designing a solution that creates value for our prospects while eliminating their challenges
  • Support enablement of new Account Executives for success through insight into the positioning of Procore’s platform
  • Complete immersion and mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
  • Be a valued team member helping with internal projects, mentoring & knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organisation to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader
