  • Omada’s Member Growth team is focused on the first part of Omada’s mission – to inspire people everywhere to take the first step toward lasting, healthy change.   • As a Senior Member Growth Marketing Manager at Omada Health, you’ll lead consumer enrollment efforts to drive adoption of the Omada program
  • You’ll be focused on one of our industry clusters, monitor and own success metrics for your portfolio of accounts and leverage Omada’s historical campaign performance and industry insights to develop and maintain a playbook of outreach best practices
  • Day to day, you’ll combine this expertise with information gathered in client consultations to recommend a client-specific strategy, and collaborate with Member Growth colleagues to launch campaigns
  • This is a client-facing role that earns the trust of key stakeholders through the strength of our strategic program management with assigned partners
  • We are looking for a self-directed leader who is a strategic big thinker, not afraid to get your hands dirty and gets energy from strategic brainstorming with clients, understanding their unique (and often complex) consumer outreach challenges, and partnering with internal Design, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Commercial teams to build a successful enrollment program

Our take

Health tracking apps help people to analyze their health data and provide passive notifications and reminders based on their activities. However, these notifications are easy to ignore, and do not have any form of medical authority.

Omada Health offers various virtual health programs that cover areas such as diabetes, weight management and hypertension. As opposed to receiving notifications based on their health, Omada shares real-time health data with both patients and healthcare professionals to increase commitment levels to health tracking apps.

The startup claims that this human-interaction from healthcare professionals within a health tracking framework increases the likelihood of a positive outcome by 250%. Omada currently uses more than a billion data points recorded from 550,000 patients, aiming to use this data to broaden strategies within medical communities.
