What the job involves

  • ConductorOne is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate our go to market function
  • We are seeking people who enjoy working as a core member on a small empathetic team in a fast growing startup
  • Develop compelling business value proposals for our solutions
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, the corresponding IT initiatives, and identify issues which ConductorOne can solve
  • Maintain trusted relationships with senior level decision makers and other key buyers
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with end users and partners
  • Work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations and the closing process
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate the company's Core Values to our customers

ConductorOne is an identity security company that helps IT and Security teams by automating least privilege and compliance while reducing risk. Its platform works through out-of-the-box integration services - such as Okta, GitHub, Slack, and Datadog – to automate identity security, thus enabling companies to understand what is happening across the company and what actions could be having an impact on someone’s program access permissions.

The company launched its Access Request product in March 2023, providing self-service access requests to employees via Slack or a web catalogue, automatic approval rating, and zero-touch provisioning, saving IT teams time by eliminating complex provisioning processes. Its expanded Series-A funding round was led by Accel and Felicis Ventures. This has enabled the company to focus on accelerating growth as it seeks to expand operations.
