Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing or a related role.Experience working in a fintech is preferable (experience in payment solutions, baas, SaaS or crypto is highly sought after)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with event management software and social media platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Executive to join our team
- In this role, you will support the planning and execution of external events, including industry conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events
- You will work closely with the Event Manager, CMO and various departments to ensure each event aligns with our brand and business goals, enhancing our presence in the industry
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the events, including conferences, exhibitions, and internal gatherings
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently
- Manage event timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Support the creation of event marketing materials, including business cards, brochures, and social media content
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth event execution
- Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting, gathering feedback and analyzing event success to inform future planning
- Maintain up-to-date records of event details, including contracts, schedules, and attendees lists
- Provide on-site support if needed during events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees
