Who you are
- You have an insanely high execution bar, and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward
- You have 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably with managing complex systems and operations implementations
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills, able to clearly articulate needs across a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders
- You collaborate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization to achieve cross-functional outcomes
- You’re observant and anticipate potential risks across projects, milestones, timelines, etc
- You are incredibly organized and detail-oriented

What the job involves
- The Strategic Operations team manages the end-to-end processes that enable Anduril to build, ship, and deploy products at scale
- As part of the Strategic Operations team, we’re looking for an individual to own project management across key ERP implementation workflows
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, Deployments) to identify and scope key requirements, milestones, and dependencies for project success
- You’ll own defining, managing, improving project management processes for the ERP implementation team
- You’ll help implement risk management strategies, identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans
- You’ll manage the project timeline across all related projects, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track
- You’ll define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
- You’ll facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments
- You’ll provide regular project updates and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
- You’ll analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or resources to ensure that project requirements can be met
- You’ll establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Our take
Anduril makes hardware and software for defense agencies including the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. Its hardware products include specialist drones with a long flight time and surveillance towers.
This hardware is tied together by proprietary software, the Lattice platform, which uses sensor fusion, machine learning, and mesh networking to integrate real-time data from Anduril hardware and third-party systems into a single, autonomous operating picture. While the hardware observes and detects, the software can make decisions as to the threat level of any anomalies, and so allow for observation and protection of an area or building with minimal manpower.
Anduril closed a Series E funding round in 2022 led by Valor Equity Partners. This funding was used for research and development of its autonomous defense products, such as the Roadrunner, a modular twin-jet powered autonomous vehicle that can take off and land vertically. Variants of the Roadrunner include defensive warhead armed interceptors which are the first drone weapons that can be retrieved after deployment. The company has also expanded to Australia where it is working in tandem with the Australian Defence Force to improve its military technology and infrastructure and is recruiting talent worldwide to support its rapidly growing portfolio of defense projects.
