Role

Who you are

  • We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Lifecycle team
  • You have an interest in product management and always put the user at the center of your thoughts
  • You're passionate about helping people form positive habits that solve real problems and drive environmental impact
  • You're curious about behavioral psychology and what motivates people to build lasting habits
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to uncover insights about user behavior
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential for our international team)
  • You are curious, proactive, and resourceful
  • You're detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional team environments

  • Big plus if you are already familiar with working with software developers, working across multiple teams or agile concepts
  • You are looking for a 5-6 month full-time (40H/week) internship starting July/August 2025 based in Berlin, Germany
  • You are enrolled in a school already based in Berlin that will provide an internship agreement

What the job involves

  • This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to developing compelling content for our retention app features, using data insights to craft personalized touchpoints that help users build simple, recurring habits to extend their device's life
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including other Product Managers, Marketing Engineering, Content, and Design, to drive impactful product initiatives
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with Product, Content Design, and Product Design to develop engaging tips for Your Devices and Health Checkup features that transforms device care from a chore into rewarding, repeatable habits users actually want to maintain
  • Habit-Building Campaigns: Create personalized journeys using device signals and user behavior data to deliver timely nudges that bring users back to the app regularly
  • A/B Testing & Analytics: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize performance and habit formation, turning hypotheses into validated learnings that guide product decisions
  • Product Operations: Manage the end-to-end processes in your domain, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless feature implementation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and localization teams to bring strategies to life
  • Performance Monitoring: Track content performance metrics focused on repeat engagement and habit formation, identifying opportunities to increase monthly active usage and care action completion rates
  • TOOLS YOU'LL USE: Braze (customer engagement platform), Amplitude (analytics), Dust (AI assistant platform), A/B testing platforms
