  • Drive Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation for UK SMBs at AWS
  • As a UK SMB Territory Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating cloud adoption and enabling digital transformation among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Your primary focus will be on the dynamic Financial Services industry, where you'll engage with SMB leaders to understand their unique challenges, in order to support them in adopting innovative cloud solutions to drive successful business outcomes
  • In this role, you'll develop strategic relationships with SMB decision-makers, from C-suite executives to line of business leaders, IT architects and developers, guiding them through their cloud journey
  • As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your blend of sales expertise and technical acumen to translate complex business challenges into actionable cloud strategies
  • You'll be a brand custodian, ensuring our customers, partners, and end-users have an exceptional experience with AWS. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive territory coverage plan, enabling you to consistently deliver on revenue targets and solidify AWS as the go-to cloud for SMBs
  • Support SMB customers within a defined territory, having single threaded ownership of the territory
  • Drive adoption of new AWS services, always working backwards from the customer problem
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the entire customer organization, including C-suite engagement
  • Work with the AWS partner community to ensure strong partner alignment to support your customers
  • Work with the supporting functions in AWS, including specialist sales and technical teams, to support customer requirements
  • AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector
