Role
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a role directly related to client onboarding or identity verification
- Familiarity with global cryptocurrency regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in managing third-party vendor relationships, particularly in identity verification
- Proven track record of contributing to process improvements in a team setting
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPM) is a plus
What the job involves
- The Client Onboarding team is responsible for enhancing the client onboarding journey for individual and corporate accounts to be able to interact with all of our products and services
- The team focuses on navigating country-based KYC requirements and building seamless client account verification processes
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the client onboarding process for Consumer, Business, and Institutional clients
- Implement solutions for enhancing the identity verification and onboarding processes
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including Legal, Regional Operations, Compliance, and Fraud and Risk teams to ensure onboarding processes are compliant and minimize fraud risk
- Stay abreast of changes in cryptocurrency regulations and contribute to the team's adaptability in this dynamic environment
- Assist in managing relationships with various ID verification vendors, ensuring the integration of their services is efficient and effective
- Evaluate new technologies and vendors that can improve the onboarding experience and compliance
- Analyze onboarding process data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and effectiveness in client activation rates
- Incorporate client feedback to continuously enhance the onboarding experience
