What the job involves
- This co-op position is a 40-hour / week commitment Monday through Friday from Jan - June Summer 2025, with the opportunity to work hybrid requiring 3+ days/ week in the Boston office location in the Seaport District
- As part of this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with the following employee programs and initiatives:
- Plan cultural and social events for the organization
- Coordinate events on behalf of the People Team (such as internship programs)
- Facilitate quarterly employee recognition awards
- Assist with programming related to the organization’s wellness benefits (both physical and mental wellness)
- Assist DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programming efforts for the organization
- Ad hoc projects will arise and will be tailored to the unique interests of the co-op
- This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and help drive the employee experience within a growing startup organization with a globally distributed workforce

Immuta’s platform utilizes attribute-based access control to enhance scalability and ease of access, reducing data access time to only minutes and increasing permitted usage by 4x.

With data analytics being an integral component of all future business operations, Immuta's operations have successfully expanded across Europe and the UK and it is well set to continue to make the cloud more secure.

Michael Schiller
(Interim CFO)Prior to joining Immuta, Mike was the Technical Director of CSC’s Defense Intelligence Group and at Berico Technologies. He also held engineering roles at a technical services provider to intelligence agencies, RABA Technologies (acquired by SRA), and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Steven Touw
(CTO)Steven has a long history of designing large-scale geo-temporal analytics across the U.S. intelligence community, including some of the very first Hadoop analytics and frameworks to manage complex multi-tenant data policy controls. Previously, Steve was the CTO of 42Six Solutions, where they led a large Big Data services engineering team.
