Who you are

  • This role is ideal for you if you are passionate about sales, have an internal drive to succeed, passionate about problem solving, and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales development—or who has shown achievement in an aligned pursuit—who is eager to grow within a sales organization and build a big company with us
  • You want to pursue a career in software sales
  • High degree of ownership and grit
  • Have demonstrated achievement in a fast-paced environment with measurable goals
  • Strong understanding of basic sales development processes. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
  • Can demonstrate strong verbal, written, professional, and client communication skills
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, relevant degree program or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in a sales development role (BDR, SDR etc.) is a plus
  • You have demonstrated that you can be creative and curious. We often collaborate to construct creative outreach strategies and we want to see you bring your ideas to the table
  • You have demonstrated that you can thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • You can provide examples of times where you have taken on new challenges and exceled
  • You can provide examples of times you have interacted with customers or prospects to provide amazing experiences
  • You can demonstrate a strong sense of motivation and determination to succeed
  • **Experience in the Cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required

  • You'll leverage tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn and, crucially, your own creativity and ingenuity to help create conversations with ideal Apptega partners and customers
  • You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with people who have run go-to-market teams at highly successful businesses and be part of the story of Apptega’s rapid growth
