• Papaya Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant to join our team
• This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proactive self-starter - we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight, possess strong adaptability skills to manage frequent changes, and exhibit resourcefulness in ambiguous situations

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Global's offering and competitive advantages
• Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback
• Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
• Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team
