What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Finnish/Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in Dublin!
  • Contribute significantly to the role by working in tandem with Account Executives to support business expansion
  • Create a diverse network of marketing professionals
  • Join a supportive company culture and collaborate with a skilled team of SaaS sales professionals
  • For you to be successful in this role and to be able to reach the targets, you'll need the talent and initiative to find new businesses and develop strong relationships quickly. We’re looking for someone who enjoys prospecting and communicating with customers by phone, and who remains updated on new technologies and industry trends
  • Prospecting for potential new Supermetrics customers based on ideal customer profiles
  • Connect! You will engage in outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings with our Account Executives and gain insights into the requirements and aspirations of each prospect
  • Update Salesforce with your activities - we prioritize our data
  • Collaborate with the SDRs and wider sales team!
  • You’ll be reporting to the SDR lead and learning from the best: picking up sales skills on the job every day and participating in sales processes that you’ve created to a closed won deal is the path to becoming a Supermetrics Account Executive yourself!

Despite competition from companies such as Fivetran and Adverity, the company boasts an impressive client list, including Nestlé, Warner Brothers, L’Oréal, owing to its variety of products, such as Supermetrics for Google Sheets, Excel, and BigQuery.

Supermetrics success is product-led and due to the increase in demand for its offerings, the company witnessed a growth of 40% YoY in 2022. Going forward, the company is focused on continuing its strong growth path and hopes to at least double its turnover.
