Who you are

  • We're seeking experienced and results-driven individuals in Berlin who have experience in Account Management and Payments/FinTech to join our energetic sales team at Lightspeed Commerce
  • Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years running

What the job involves

  • As an Account Manager, Capital you will be responsible for managing a book of hospitality customers to support the growth and operations of these Lightspeed customers through the offering of our Financial services
  • Providing exceptionally high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to position and drive awareness on Lightspeed Capital for merchants
  • Building a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and identify where Financial Service opportunities lie across your book of business
  • Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximise the growth of your book of business
  • Achieving sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service to each merchant and coordinating with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximise opportunities within the assigned territory
