• Proven experience managing and leading technical teams. Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams and individual contributors towards achieving objectives
• Experience working with large-scale, high-availability and cloud-native platforms in the best case with Scala and Kafka Streams and/or Java or Typescript. In the best case deep experience with full-stack development
• Ability to think critically and strategically, anticipating future needs and developing plans to address them. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
