• At least 2 years managing, mentoring and coaching team members
• 7-10 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion via a wide range of methodologies
• An ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Deep understanding of technical processes, especially a familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking that support problem-solving
