  • Demonstrates superior communication skills with a demonstrated fluency reading, writing, speaking in English
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Degrees with business, journalism, communications or writing intense perspective are an advantage
  • Prior experience in a communication-intensive role, such as product management, marketing, or business analysis for digital financial services products or services
  • Product Management experience in financial services industry, including payment industry, banking, etc. Knowledge of cross-border payments and/or foreign exchange is a plus
  • Understanding of the product management lifecycle, with API-based products and solutions be a plus
  • Ability to organize and capture product and process details, communicate information, set, and conduct meetings, and engage with internal partners
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, and ability to think strategically and translate concepts into clear, actionable strategies and tactics
  • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, productive, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders over cross-functional teams from multiple countries
  • Has prior experience with SharePoint site management, power automate, MS teams, or similar collaborative platform environment(s)

What the job involves

  • The Cross-Border Services global Product Management team is looking for a Product Management Manager to focus on Product Readiness
  • Our role is to drive our readiness strategy forward using innovative thinking and problem-solving skills and ensure that all necessary information and components of agreements, guides, training, documentation, workflow or other essentials are in place to put product changes into action
  • Defines and authors product information pertinent to the global launch and ongoing care of Cross-Border Services payment solutions
  • Ensures communication of product information, processes, frameworks and project to key internal stakeholders
  • Works cross-functionally with product management stakeholders and engineers, as well as partners in finance, legal, and operations, compliance, to support existing and new payment services and deliver solutions
  • Takes responsibility for driving clear communication that is pertinent to commercialization and delivery of Cross-Border Services
  • Collaborates frequently with internal stakeholders to align on key deliverables
