- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in an agile software development environment, with a successful track record in managing complex technical initiatives. Experience in blockchain projects is a plus
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, principles, and practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing releases and release artifacts, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of product roadmap milestones
- Experience in coordinating projects delivered by third parties/vendors
- Proficiency in utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques for measuring project performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report and escalate project issues to management promptly and effectively
- Proactive approach to risk management, including the identification and implementation of mitigation strategies
- Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively and finding effective solutions to ensure project success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field desirable
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

What the job involves
- As the Technical Project Manager at Midnight, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful technical projects, contributing to the success of our blockchain
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of internal projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Take charge of projects, including risk management, coordination of major releases, and third-party management
- Work closely with agile, cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with ongoing development initiatives
- Engage with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the broader engineering team to align project objectives with overall business goals
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to incorporate their requirements into project planning
- Implement effective risk management strategies, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate project issues to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
