Role

Who you are

  • 9+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in product marketing, with experience in small business (up to 50 employees) and mid-market (50-1000 employees) audiences
  • Expertise and demonstrated experience marketing FinTech products- either payments, lending, or both
  • Proven success in cross-selling and increasing adoption of add-on products
  • Experience conducting user and market research
  • Ability to create compelling narratives and positioning at both the feature and company levels, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong curiosity, strategic thinking, and quantitative skills, leveraging data to address challenges
  • Execution-oriented, with a track record of driving and launching go-to-market campaigns
  • Influential collaborator, skilled in working with cross-functional teams and various organizational levels
  • Excellent planning abilities, with a history of managing competing priorities and advancing multiple projects
  • Experience leading and enhancing product marketing teams based on previous expertise
  • Self-driven, goal-focused, and highly organized
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including editing and coaching
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus but not necessary

What the job involves

  • Create and execute a multi-year plan to drive sales leads and self-serve adoption of ServiceTitan's FinTech product portfolio
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for products that inspires customers and drives action
  • Influence the product roadmap by continually refining and synthesizing your understanding of the market, competition and customers we serve
  • Strategize with sales leadership on what sales enablement materials and practices are needed to supercharge go-to-market. Oversee the material development process, co-own the numbers
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and execute campaigns across multiple product lines to drive product adoption and growth. Prove efficacy with testing and success metrics
  • Understand customer needs through market analysis, surveys, interviews, and product usage data. Use understanding to impact strategy
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and adoption strategy across ServiceTitan’s portfolio of FinTech products
  • Leverage your knowledge of customer marketing and cross-sell best practices to optimize ServiceTitan’s cross sell capabilities of FinTech products

ServiceTitan’s software is purpose-built for trades businesses, providing a wide range of tools needed to seamlessly manage their back office and customer experiences, to power business growth.

The rising demand for home services across the country helped shine a spotlight on the lack of modern software for trades, ServiceTitan answered this call for innovation providing support to 11,800+ customers across 10 trades.

2021 saw the company reach a $9.5 billion valuation, however, in the last few months of 2022, there was talk of raising additional funds in traditional equity - as opposed to debt-like funding- which could result in a 20% lower valuation.

That said, the company is showing no sign of slowing, acquiring two more companies in 2022, and is eyeing an IPO off the back of reaching Series G in funding rounds. In addition, the company launched its next-generation operating system, Titan Intelligence, providing a suite of AI-based solutions. ServiceTitan is well set to experience further growth.
