Role

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in a Partnerships / Business Development role within the fraud, payments, compliance, and financial services domain
  • Experience driving new partnership deals from end to end
  • In-depth understanding of financial institutions and the FinTech landscape
  • Product orientation: Candidates are expected to be comfortable with technical concepts, product depth, driving demos, and working with partners on product-oriented solutions
  • Strong time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Process orientation: Demonstrated ability to prospect potential clients effectively for scheduling meetings
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10-20%) to attend conferences for prospecting and relationship-building purposes
  • Comfort and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, given our rapid growth trajectory

What the job involves

  • This role is directly related to driving revenue generation from both referral partners and new reseller partnerships
  • Success will be measured by revenue generation from partners
  • Build out Sardine’s channel partnerships, identifying ways to create mutually beneficial value, build brand awareness and new revenue-generating opportunities through referrals, reseller, and co-sell opportunities
  • In addition to existing partners, you will be instrumental in bringing on our next set of reseller partnerships for new distribution channels
  • Identify key stakeholders within partner organizations to drive incremental revenue opportunities for a broad range of Sardine’s offerings
  • Drive partner enablement, ensuring partners are up to date on Sardine's products and features
  • Work with Sardine’s partners to conduct thorough account research, identify key stakeholders, discover pain points, and engage with prospects in the partner network
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on joint Partnerships and Sales opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of existing collateral, content, and demos to Partners in a scalable manner
  • Drive collaborative opportunities to reach target customers through webinars, conferences, and other events
