Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferable in a sales setting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc
  • Strong knowledge of the sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, enrichment tools, etc
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, tools and processes
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Knowledge of Python, Javascript, or similar programming languages
  • Ability to document data models, business processes and visual workflows

What the job involves

  • As a Revenue Operations Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • You will analyze sales processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of strategies and solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements
  • Document and prioritize business and functional requirements
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Sales KPIs and performance
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools
  • Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis and performance tracking
  • Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution
  • Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and project teams
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
