  • The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience working with mid-market to large enterprise clients and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • 3-5 years of Enterprise Sales Experience with proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles in enterprise and mid-market settings, and closing deals
  • Ability to navigate both structured, large-enterprise environments and agile, fast-growing startups

What the job involves

  • As a vital member of a global team of high-achievers, you'll report directly to the VP of Sales and Partnerships
  • This opportunity awaits a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and manage complex sales cycles
  • Manage Enterprise Sales: Lead the sales process from prospecting to close, handling complex sales cycles
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects, focusing on new business opportunities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships, with key decision-makers at large organizations, establishing trust across multiple departments
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure the needs of your clients are met and aligned with company offerings
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, including account planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close contracts, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and the competitive landscape, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
  • After 6 months, success will look like:
  • A well-developed pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects, with several deals in the advanced stages of the sales cycle
  • Strong relationships built with key decision-makers at target companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and aligning solutions to them
  • Demonstrable progress toward quarterly sales targets, with early wins or near-closures, showcasing effective negotiation and deal management
  • With an exceptional conversion rate from sales-qualified leads to closed-won, you've set new standards of success
