Who you are

  • Prior experience in an inside sales role or business development role

  • Experience with CRM databases (Hubspot is a plus), Google Workspace & MS Office Products

What the job involves

  • Coin Metrics is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to join our team. As an integral member of our sales organization, you will gain a thorough knowledge of Coin Metrics products and their unique advantages over competitors.
  • You will learn how our sales cycle works and support our sales process from the start. An ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of the sales process, previous experience in inside sales or business development, and is eager to take the next step in their career
  • Support the Growth Team with day to day sales management tasks, including responding to RFPs and other correspondence related to the sales cycle, post-call follow ups, drafting proposals for contracts etc
  • Researching relevant industry segments and identify and qualify potential sales leads. Build and maintain a pipeline of industry qualified sales leads
  • Working alongside our growth, product and marketing teams on persona development and targeted product positioning/sales messaging
  • Staying informed on competitive developments relevant to our market and tailoring outreach based on industry affairs
  • Working with the commercial organization and product owners to organize and improve sales collateral to drive conversions
  • Maintaining high quality data customer & prospect data in our CRM
  • Working with prospects and sales executives to schedule sales meetings/calls
  • Demo’ing products and tailoring prospect trails
  • Ensuring contract execution and handoff seamless handoff of new clients to the customer success team
  • Developing subject matter expertise in CM products and developing a strong understanding of client use case
