Role

Who you are

  • A PHP expert with Laravel experience. We are thinking of 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Ability to write high-performance, reusable and fully tested code
  • You worked in SCRUM before and are keen to contribute your ideas and solutions that will bring our application to the next level
  • Keen to work in a hybrid manner with a minimum of two days a week in our office in Amsterdam (living in or relocating to the Netherlands is a must)

What the job involves

  • You will be working with our designers and front-end developers to enable our users all over the world to pay with their preferred payment methods, work on our premium system and provide Studocu’s users with the best possible experience
  • We are keen to join hands with someone whose hunger for technology is only matched by a motivation to solve difficult problems fast, efficiently, and with a keen eye for design
  • Ship new functionalities every week for a continuous changing product in one of our teams
  • Using new techniques such as organising Laravel Applications with Actions
  • You will also work with the Product Manager and Scrum Master to refine high-level stories before they are further presented to your team
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure code quality
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to established coding standards
