Who you are
- Experience in an administrative or sales support role

What the job involves
- Lightspeed is seeking a full-time, customer-centric and energetic person to join the team as a Billing Support Specialist in our Amsterdam office. Reporting to the Team Lead for Customer Support, you will be responsible for supporting our customers for tasks related to subscription and invoice related topics across all of our products offered in EMEA
- Master Billing & Payments: Take charge of billing, subscriptions, and payments, ensuring seamless transactions for our customers
- Keep Accounts Spotless: Keep customer information current and accurate, maintaining top-notch account management
- Resolve Disputes: Handle terminations and outstanding payments with confidence and care
- Showcase Your CRM Skills: Use Salesforce to tackle billing challenges and make a real impact
- Team Up for Success: Collaborate with dynamic teams to solve customer issues and enhance experiences
- Drive Innovation: Gather insights, suggest improvements, and help us make our systems even better
