What the job involves

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will join our Americas SDR team to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities
  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, partnerships, and more) to optimize inbound and outbound lead generation for the North American region
  • You will have a direct impact on our sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth. This is a great stepping stone position to a career in sales, partnerships, marketing or any other customer-related role at Adjust
  • We encourage our SDRs to support our team culture by working in the office 2-3 days a week. This means you’ll have to live in the Bay Area to be able to come to the office or a coworking space
  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with decision makers across target verticals
  • Dig deep into inbound and outbound prospects’ business to understand their pain points and how Adjust can help
  • Research and develop new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts through email, Linkedin, cold calling, and events
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to enrich your outreach with internal and external insights and, respectively, share acquired knowledge across the teams
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and find the right balance between quantity and quality of your output, focusing on getting stuff done
